The app is very secure as it provides password-protected meetings, user authentication, waiting rooms, locking of meetings, and many other similar options. The application also provides and promises video conference encryption.

How to use JioMeet on a browser?

Users can download the JioMeet application on Windows, or Mac. They can do so by downloading it through their respective app stores. Users using a Pc need not necessarily download an application to use JioMeet on their PC. They can also JioMeet on supported browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox by visiting JioMeet’s official website.

Steps to setup JioMeet on PC –

  1. Download the JioMeet app or use it on your browser.
  2. Launch the site and tap Signup.
  3. Enter the required details such as Name, E-mail, and also agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Complete registration through OTP verification.

On completion of your signup, you will be redirected to the JioMeet homepage.

Steps to starting your first JioMeet meeting –

  1. Login with your credentials and reach the home page.
  2. Upon reaching the home page, tap on the ‘New Meeting’ option.
  3. Select accordingly through the preferences and tap on the ‘Start Meeting’ option.
  4. Your meeting will begin where you can add more participants as well.

You can also make use of various features and options given during the meeting to explore more. You can also invite participants by sharing your custom and unique invite link as provided by the application. Upon sharing the invite link, any other potential participant can join your meeting by clicking on that link.
